Gale Engineering, Inc was established in 1975 by Jack O. Gale. With 15 years of control background Jack started his own company in downtown Indianapolis. |

In 1977 a new 3,600 square foot building was built on the south side of Indianapolis. Jack's older son Mike Gale joined the company in 1979. Jack announced his partial retirement in 1990. At that time Mike became V.P./ General Manager. |

In 1994 a 6,000 square foot addition was added to the building. bring the total square footage to almost 10,000 square feet. In 1998 Mike became president of the company. |
